The award’s independent consultant PwC counts the votes.
“When you participate in an honest professional fight, winning is a real satisfaction. Being in the top 5 of the best premium class properties in Moscow is already good news. Vrubel 4 is surrounded by worthy competitors, in his own way each of the finalists deserves to be the first, each of these projects has its own “superpower”. Our "superpower" is a unique location near the Artists' Village, which sets a special creative style in this project. Here we are working on the architectural and artistic heritage of "Moscow Art Nouveau", we bring to life the sketches of Mikhail Vrubel that were not realized in stone, here it is very easy to believe that the truth is in beauty, "says Irina Korshunova, Advertising Director, Curator of Special Projects at INTECO.
"Vrubel, 4" is an exquisite building in an iconic residential landscape near the Village of Artists and the Art Academy. Count Strogonov. The architecture of the building has an unusual horseshoe shape, which provides good views for most apartments. The neoclassical style, carved ornament, tradition and nobility of forms make the project independent of changeable fashion. "Vrubel, 4" consists of one building with variable number of storeys (8-12 floors) with a total area of about 35 thousand square meters, which will house 200 lots, among them: apartments with fireplaces, master bedroom with its own dressing room and bathroom. The most expressive lots of the project have spacious terraces of 110 sq. In the design of the courtyard and the lobby of the residential complex, motives of "Moscow Art Nouveau" will be used, as well as the works of the outstanding modernist artist Mikhail Vrubel. INTECO opened sales in the project this summer.
