INTECO has launched sales of two new buildings in Westerdam residential complex
INTECO has announced the launch of sales of real estate in buildings no. 4 and 5 of the Westerdam comfort class residential complex in the Western Administrative Okrug of Moscow. The pricing policy starts at 170 thousand rubles per square meter.
All buildings put on sale are 29-storey tower-type buildings. The total living area of building no. 4 is of 17.8 thousand square meters, while that of building no. 5 — 16.3 thousand square meters. The ground floors of the buildings will accommodate various commercial facilities.
The new Westerdam sales offer opens up new possibilities for customers who are now free choose from a variety of well-designed functional European layouts having a kitchen integrated with the living room into a spacious area: studios from 24 square meters, 1-bedroom apartments from 34 square meters, 2-bedroom apartments from 51 square meters, and 3-bedroom apartments from 73 square meters. Besides, the company offers classic 2-bedroom layouts to its customers.
All apartments located in building no. 5 will be offered for sale in one of the two stylistic solutions (modern classics and minimalism), both available in a light or dark color scheme.
