INTECO has launched sales of the most scenic building part of West Garden eco-project

24 January
INTECO has launched sales of the 5th building of its West Garden business class residential complex in Moscow’s Ramenki district. Building No. 5, called Panorama, features exceptional views of the city that surpass those from the other buildings of the housing estate. Prices start at 350 thousand rubles per square meter.

Most apartments located in this 12-storey tower-type building look out onto the park, the Ramenka river embankment and a number of Moscow’s architectural landmarks, such as the Victory Park and Moskva-City. Those customers who prefer a quiet and calm atmosphere would definitely appreciate the location of this building, with its north side facing the Matveyevsky forest and the Setun River Valley wildlife sanctuary.

The company has put on sale about 4.8 thousand square meters of the new Panorama building, with its total area of about 5.9 thousand square meters. The building consists of 46 apartments (2-4 apartments per floor) with either classic or European design (having a kitchen integrated with the living room), including: a European-style one-bedroom apartment with the total area of 49 square meters, two-bedroom apartments with the total area of 101 square meters, and three-bedroom apartments with the total area of 135 square meters. Two penthouses with square terraces, chimneys suitable for wood-burning fireplaces and increased ceiling height (4.2 m from the «finish» floor to the ceiling) having the total area of area of 195 square meters and 200 square meters, respectively, will be located on the top floor.

All the buildings on this residential complex are located in a well-respected and quiet River line cluster offering direct access to a renovated embankment. They have separate floors for storage rooms, increased floor area and fewer apartments per floor. Building No. 5 will have soft and distinguished exterior lighting with glass fiber reinforced concrete and glass panel fragments. The ground floor will be finished with smooth limestone.

‘From the very start of the project, our customers have been particularly interested in the Panorama building. It’s just like the jewel in the crown, a very rare opportunity, which will, no doubt, easily find its takers,’ says Pavel Lepish, INTECO Sales Director. ‘In only six months from the sales launch, we sold about 40% of the West Garden apartments, thereby exceeding the expected sales plan’.
